Family Health Plus

Feedback

After joining a plan, should I tell someone if my care is not good?

Yes. If you think your care is not good, or if you have problems getting care, you can complain to the plan. The plan's member handbook, which will be mailed to you after you are enrolled in Family Health Plus, MUST tell you how to complain. You can also call your local social services district office or the New York State Department of Health at 1-800-206-8125.

The New York State Department of Health is working to ensure that all New Yorkers have access to quality, comprehensive health care. We welcome your comments and suggestions.
