Providers Not Allowed to Bill
The purpose of this site is to provide updated information to Medicaid providers concerning the names of individuals who are not allowed to order or prescribe services for Medicaid recipients. This site also contains two additional listings of individuals and business not allowed to generate any billings to Medicaid due to specific sections of the Department Regulations.
The information contained in the site is updated approximately every month and it is intended to supplement the printed version of the PVR292 that is mailed to Medicaid providers.
