Applicant Conference

Offered by the New York State Department of Health - Office of Medicaid Management to answer questions regarding the NHTD waiver and contract application process. The conference will be held on March 16, 2006 in Meeting Room #4 of the Empire State Plaza. The conference for RRDC applicants will be held from 10:00 - 12:00 AM; QMS applicants will meet from 1:00 - 3:00 PM at the same location.
