- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification for Level III and IV Aquatic Supervsion Staff is available in Portable Document Format (PDF, 20KB, 1pp).
Level III and IV Aquatic Supervisory Staff are required to possess American Red Cross (ARC) Community Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or equivalent certifications (except when staff are employed at bathing facilities that are part of a temporary residence or campground). As a result of changes to ARC's curriculum, Community CPR is no longer taught. Current ARC certifications are listed as acceptable equivalents.

*ANNUAL CPR recertification is required, regardless of the expiration date shown on the card.
ARC CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and its equivalents exceed the requirements for ARC Community CPR and are also acceptable for Level III and IV Aquatic Supervisory staff. - Certification available as traditional classroom/skills practice course, or optionally with CD/DVD-based learning followed by AHA instructor-supervised skill practice and testing (Heartsaver AED Anytime).
- Medic First Aid cards must be accompanied by a "Successful Evaluation Certificate" which indicates that the individual has passed written and performance evaluations.
- Individuals must possess certification in both courses to qualify.
- The card must indicate that Adult, Infant, and Child Skills were taught.
