Asbestos Information
The Asbestos Safety Training Program has regulatory oversight of approved training providers that offer specific training courses in the handling, evaluation and removal of asbestos containing materials. The program reviews applications and approves those that meet the requirements established in 10 NYCRR Part 73. The application package includes the curricula, training director and instructor resumes, equipment to be used and supplemental training guides.
