Technical Requirements

The following are the technical requirements for the New York Early Intervention System (NYEIS).

  • Technical Requirements

    In order to use NYEIS, municipal and service provider users will need the following:

    • A laptop or personal computer that has
      • 512 MB Memory (RAM)
      • 1.5 GHz CPU
      • Windows XP SP2 or higher
      • Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher
      • A high-speed Internet connection or NYeNet Access
  • Less capable personal computers should work, but performance/response time will be degraded.
  • If your operating system is Windows Vista, the memory must be increased to 2.0 GB.
